Monthly payment
Subscription payment is due at the start of each month. Consistent, timely payments are required; we may discontinue the partnership if payments become an issue.
Cancellation
Cancellation is by mutual consent with one month’s notice.
Limited availability
Restarting the partnership is not guaranteed due to limited capacity.
These are monthly partnership terms. Express Content scope, payment and cancellation terms need confirming in its quotation. Shoot dates, revisions, usage rights and other unlisted contractual details must be agreed in writing.

What does each monthly partnership include?
Awareness — £600/month: 8 videos + 2 image/carousel posts = 10 posts per month. Growth — £1,000/month: 15 videos + 5 image/carousel posts = 20 posts per month (Recommended). Market Leader — £1,200/month: 20 videos + 10 image/carousel posts = 30 posts per month. All include scaled graphic design support.
Can we book one-off content instead?
Express Content is one-off from £300 for launches, events, tasters. The final price, coverage and deliverables are agreed in your quotation.
How are shoots arranged?
We agree the content brief and shoot arrangements with you before work begins.
How many social media profiles do you manage?
Social media posting, advertising and campaign management cover one profile each on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook. Multiple profiles on the same platform are not part of this offer.
Is advertising spend included?
Advertising and campaign management are included. This offer does not state that advertising spend is included; the budget and how it will be paid are clarified during your consultation.
What graphic design support is included?
Design support scales with your package. We agree the scope for your business; it is not unlimited design work.
Are performance reports included?
Performance reports, monthly summaries and analytics reporting are not included in these partnership packages. Followers, enquiries and sales are not guaranteed.
What needs agreeing before we start?
Shoot dates, locations, revisions, usage rights and any work beyond the listed inclusions need confirming in writing. They are not fixed by choosing a package.
Are third-party costs included?
Advertising spend, influencer fees and giveaway costs are agreed separately, not assumed to be included.
Which additional services receive the 40% discount?
Partners receive 40% off these additional services: Website Design & Redesign; Marketing Collateral (Menus, Brochures, Catalogues etc); Professional Product or Service Photoshoots; Fashion & Lifestyle Photoshoots. This is a discount on additional services, not a discount on the subscription itself.
When is the subscription payment due?
